Bulldog Developments & Consultancy Ltd was established in June 2014 and is named after a gift received by our Managing Director Steve from one of his children – a replica of an ornamental bulldog figurine seen on M's desk in James Bond films "Skyfall" and "Spectre".
We are a small, family-run business that take pride in every project and are always looking out for new ways to improve.
Who are we & what do we do?
We are a property development business based in Norwich City Centre. Between us, we have several decades of experience managing successful & high-quality projects across different sectors, including the Oil & Gas industry as well as in the public sector for the Civil Service.
We are primarily interested in redeveloping land and properties that are yet to realise their full potential.
We look for opportunities to develop and repurpose projects where properties or land have outgrown their original purpose or are awaiting rejuvenation, from extensions to complete renovations of older properties.
We value supporting our local community and work with a trusted network of skilled local tradespeople to ensure consistently high-quality results.
